We’re hiring tradespeople (carpenters, framers, finishers, etc.) who can:
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Follow blueprints and spec sheets accurately
- Meet production goals without sacrificing quality
- Problem-solve in the field without hand-holding
- Show up ready to work every single day
This is not a fit if you:
- Need constant supervision
- Are “just here for a paycheck”
- Can’t handle fast-paced, high-standard work
Pay: Competitive, based on experience. Bonuses for speed + quality.
Schedule: Full-time. Overtime available on some jobs.
Location: Albuquerque-based projects, mostly local.
