Supports the Superintendent in managing the day-to-day operations on the job site. Responsible for overseeing and coordinating activities of a construction site according to project plans and schedule. Duties include coordinating subcontractors, performing quality control and safety checks and providing on-site direction when preparing construction sites. Responsibilities include: Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operators. Help maintain the construction schedule. Schedule inspections and ensure timely delivery of materials.
